This is a story about a man who goes back to the place he grew up. Upon doing this memories flood in about things which he had forgotten.

The book takes on a supernatural theme which builds and comes to a rapid end and involves creatures of a mysterious nature.

Review:

If I’m honest I wasn’t that impressed. I had heard so much good stuff about Neil’s books. Prehaps this was just one of the not so good ones.

I felt that the story seemed out of place. It didn’t build, it just was and then it was over. I felt it could have been longer, with more explanation of what was happening.

The story itself is good but I just felt it lacked something.

This doesn’t rate that highly for me unfortunately.

Thanks for reading.
